Changing the job listing page

Want to change the job listing page as the jobs card are of very big size and a lot of space in left and the rigth side so want i want to change this and make it look more modern

I’ve noticed that it can be made more visually appealing and user-friendly by adjusting the card designs and adding creative animations with hover effects to give it a more interactive feel. I’ve attached a template for reference, and I will adjust the cards accordingly to look cleaner and more modern.
