Navigation Inconsistency in Scholarship Links

On the website, there is a "Scholarship" link in both the navbar and the footer. However, these links lead to two different scholarship pages:
The navbar link directs users to the main scholarship page, which may contain an overview,or details about all available scholarships. The footer link takes users to a different scholarship page with poor UI/UX.

Implications
User Confusion: Users might not understand why the same link label leads to different content, causing frustration.
Navigation Expectations: Typically, the same label across a website should lead to the same page for consistency.
SEO Impact: Search engines may see this as a redundancy, possibly impacting search rankings if the pages compete for the same keywords.

Suggested Solution: Both pages should be linked to same page which
