How to start the hosted runner using just-in-time config

Hi. I recently tried to use Github's Just-In-Time config to set up my runner. Unfortunately, I can't find any document on how to pass this configuration to the runner.

Now I generated the config using the method provided here: https://docs.github.com/en/rest/actions/self-hosted-runners?apiVersion=2022-11-28#create-configuration-for-a-just-in-time-runner-for-an-organization

Does anyone know how to let Runner use this config? Thanks!
