Rearrange and improve documentation of Zarr Streaming Library

We would like to highlight the acquire-zarr documentation and move acquire-python documentation to the background on our existing doc site. Here is a doc detailing the updates needed.

I am not sure of the best way to compile the entire acquire python site into subpages of the new site. We can discuss options here, and I can provide feedback on what content could be entirely removed as you explore potential ways of organizing things.
