Add application to Accrescent

It has fixed the security issues with F-Droid.

Sadly it does not have an API for automation yet.

So builds have to be applied manually unlike with F-Droid and Google Play.

@tegridyfarmer, It is theoretically possible to automate the process entierly. Atm the store is in an invite-only beta, but they will likely accept you if you ask for one, as long as the app follows their requirements, once accepted, new updates will be automatically approved unless a new permission the app asks for is introduced.
