if you read the issues .. thats like 25 out of the 52 issues - there is no training script - so you can NOT add any language

training models from base takes time .. next release maybe 3+ months out but if you read throw other issues you'll see that they are happy to take in dataset recommendations.

We are certainly planning to expand multilingual support (including Russian) for future models. The primary limitation on this is finding high quality datasets in that language and having good ways to normalize and phonemize the text.
