lilygo s3 pro showing a white screen when opend photos from sd card #294

recently purchased lilygo s3 pro wanted to make a photo viewer with it but when
opened photos from sd card its showing only white screen
its new one didnt load anything
all the image format is clear
bmp
320x175
24 bit
still not opening!!!
