Feature Request: Add Option to Edit AI Tools in Material You New Tab

Right now, the "AI Tools" section in the Material You New Tab extension gives quick access to tools like ChatGPT, Gemini, and others. However, there’s no way to manage or customize this section directly.

What I’m Requesting

1. Add New AI Tools: Let users add new tools with a name and URL directly into the "AI Tools" category.
2. Remove Existing Tools: Allow users to remove AI tools they don’t use from this section.
3. Rearrange Tools: Enable drag-and-drop or any reordering method to organize the tools as per personal preference.

Why It’s Useful

• Makes the "AI Tools" section more flexible and user-friendly.
• Helps users who frequently use AI tools to organize them efficiently.
• Fits well with the Material You design philosophy of personalization and adaptability.

Additional Information

This feature request is specifically for the "AI Tools" section and does not affect the general link customization feature. It would be a great addition for users who rely heavily on AI tools.
