Phase 1 overview

Data Liberation kicked off with clear, practical guides. Migrating your site from platforms like Wix, Figma, or static HTML can be challenging, but these step-by-step instructions make it much more achievable.

While advanced tools are in development, these guides are the first step in making migrations easier. They offer immediate solutions and help identify common challenges, laying the groundwork for the later phases. New guides are continuously being added—learn below how you can contribute to expanding this valuable resource.

How to contribute?

• Contribute to Community tools. Explore the list of existing Community tools and consider contributing enhancements or fixes to make them even more robust and powerful!
• Submit a New Tool. If you have developed a new tool that aligns with our project's objectives, we encourage you to submit it for consideration.
• Write a Migration Guide. Help out by contributing a guide to migrating into WordPress from a third-party platform. See the list of needed Migration Guides.

I've been updating my Drupal to WordPress migration guide since 2013. The last update was 2019 and I'm thinking of revising it again due to the Drupal 7 EOL next year.

Happy to see if I can use the update to feed in to this project. I see that the Importing Content doc page has already linked to one of my articles. Does this project have a style guide or submission guidelines?
