Issue Description

The page https://wordpress.org/documentation/article/become-a-wordpress-contributor/#fixing-bugs-and-other-programming contains a broken link under the text "OpenHatch Training Missions"

The link http://openhatch.org/missions/ returns a 404 Not Found error as the OpenHatch website is no longer active.

Suggested Fix
