Wrong Menu Name and Typo on "Understand comment spam".

Why is this a problem?

The answer to this FAQ has " Options > Discussion panel" and it should be: "Settings > Discussion panel".
Also at the beginning of the paragraph "Go" is missing the "G"

Replace the content of this details block "Why is every comment going into the moderation queue?" with the following.

If all comments are going to the moderation queue, go to Settings > Discussion in your WordPress dashboard and uncheck "An administrator must approve the comment." Ensure the "Hold a comment in the queue if it contains more than X links" setting has a number higher than zero. Check your spam words list for blank lines, single letters, or unnecessary punctuation—each word should be on its own line or separated by spaces. Also, update your spam protection plugins, and if the issue persists, deactivate them one by one to identify the cause. If a plugin is responsible, contact its support for assistance.
