I use Windscribe's app on Linux to connect to my own Wireguard server as well as Windscribe's own servers. My personal Wireguard server supports IPv6, but the Windscribe app does not allow for IPv6 connectivity to it.
Additionally on networks like T-Mobile US where IPv4 is provided via CGNAT & 464XLAT, connecting to the server exclusively via its IPv6 address instead of IPv4 may result in a more stable connection and faster speed. This is achievable in a Wireguard config by editing the server's endpoint to include its IPv6 address instead of its IPv4 address (assuming both your ISP and the server support IPv6).
Describe the solution you'd like
I would like Windscribe's app to allow for IPv6 connectivity and IPv6 tunneling to a custom Wireguard config (and hopefully OpenVPN for those who use it). This would provide IPv6 connectivity through the server while connected, and open the possibility to connect to the server via IPv6.
Describe alternatives you've considered
I have considered using other clients, but the fact of the matter is that most clients do not offer the features that Windscribe's app offers while also supporting custom configs on Linux.
I have also considered giving up and dealing with it.
Additional context
I'm using the latest Windscribe desktop app on Arch Linux. I feel as if this is good future-proofing for whenever Windscribe adds in support for IPv6 across their own server network. Eventually this would probably have to be done anyways.
