It bogs down development (and is annoying) to have to check if the dependencies across all projects are the same version.

We can make a gradle plugin to synchronize versions between all projects.

Access wideners are postponed. Dependabot and WilderWorkspace keep everything up to date. I believe this issue is resolved.
