Either join the discord https://discord.com/invite/RBfvQwFV?utm_source=Discord%20Widget&utm_medium=Connect where an already hosted instance runs (by me). Or, run the dockerfile https://github.com/Warthunder-Open-Source-Foundation/wt_event_handler/blob/master/assets/Dockerfile with a channel white-list, discord token json and a set-up discord webhook in a channel (where the token comes from)
