I'm no expert and I had to use an LLM to help me get it working, but it seems like maybe you just need to install torch..? (pip install torch)

What gpu do you use? Turing structure? Or lower?

The error message did mention that you do not have torch (aka pytorch) installed. You might want to install it manually before pip install -r requirements.txt. Also, when installing pytorch, be sure to select a GPU accelerated version if you have one on your machine (and plan to use it), otherwise most thing will probably not work. Follow pytorch official guide on how to install here https://pytorch.org/get-started/locally/.
