@DanielnetoDotCom Danny, I've been facing this bug for some time now. The file is in the "Broken or missing files" status. But this information is false and in fact it is not like that.
When I put it in a different status, it displays the status as normal and works.
This video, for example, was uploaded a long time ago, so it took time to clear the cache several times and the system had time to process everything it needed to process. So I see it as a problem that has been present for a long time and has not been resolved.
This is a BUG that causes a lot of problems with wasted time, because many times we have to redo the upload and encoder, unnecessarily.

But once it plays does it revert to broken?

No, the video remains normal.
But this problem I'm referring to doesn't happen after an encoder. It appears randomly after a long time. I don't know if it's part of some automation.
I've come across several problems like this and it happens randomly too.

Humm, I am not sure either

maybe some of your disks fail at some point and AVideo cannot access the file?

If that happens it will flag the video as broken.
