ADF format not updated #1

While using this functionality, I found a few missing pieces to use it for latest ambf:

Collision type -> collision mesh type
Location is not converted from URDF
Ordering is not conventional (rpy)

I will also try to make a pull request when I have the time to work on this, but I am opening this issue to remind myself.
