I connected SteamDeck via dock station to my monitor, and when I quit the session the extension is disabled, and when I try to turn it back on I get an error

Error: Expected type string forargument
"connector but got type number

In the GNOME monitor settings, dual-monitor merging is selected

Could you paste the output of the command dconf read /org/gnome/shell/extensions/gjsosk/default-monitor?

Same Error here with Displaylink. Happens after the Lockscreen and only resolves when turning the PC off and on again, but without the docking station. If you pluggin the Dockin Station backon, it works until next screenlock.

Hello, wanted to try this extension and I got the same error (I tried the extension from the extension website and the latest automatic release):

Image

Using 3 Monitor on a desktop computer (Fedora 41 - GNOME 47)

the command dconf read /org/gnome/shell/extensions/gjsosk/default-monitor return nothing, even with sudo.

EDIT: After selecting a display in the extension setting, and login-out and in again, the extension works. Output of the command: '1:0;3:DP-2'

This should be fixed in d951963, please check if it works with the latest autorelease.
