同步会重复上传文件 #84

设置的自动同步文件夹，设置每次软件启动后同步，在没有变动的情况下，每次打开软件仍旧会进行上传文件的操作，难道不比对文件是否有变动的吗？

而且上传的列表没有办法取消上传的，太占用网络带宽了，而且不知道任务列表有多少文件待上传，只能以后都手工开启软件
