Top navbar and todo modal responsiveness enhancement for mobile devices

There is an enhancement possibility for Navbar and Todo modal for mobile devices:

For the mobile Navbar I think the Searchbar can rather be shifted to the body than be in the Navbar, that might look better design-wise, or else the title or user avatar could be hidden to provide sufficient width to searchbar, what are your thoughts @VenusTokyo
