when my fov is very low (single digits), moving the crosshair to the left is stuttery, and if the mouse is moved slowly enough, the crosshair doesn't move to the left at all. if i move the mouse side to side, slowly, in equal amounts, the crosshair consistently ratchets to the right, even though the mouse isn't moving any further to the right.
possibly an internal rounding issue? the problem doesn't happen for up/down
does not matter if m_rawinput is 1 or 0, the issue is the same
with normal fov's, this issue isn't visible, but i think it may still be happening a small amount that we don't notice, which bugs me
