Report option still available after game ends.

I would request the option to report to be available when the finished game stats appears.
I am asking for the reasont that during the end of the game at the destroying of the Throne/Ancient some users spam slurs/toxic words towards others ingame. This happens only if the user is reported ingame for something else .
For example :
In game i report someone for role abuse.
End game I cannot report for toxic chat if they spam during Throne/Ancient destroying.
