Micro Stutters on Mac M2 after Kez Update

Steps for reproducing this issue:

1. Currently playing on a Macbook Air M2. Little to no issues before the Kez update, but now my game is experiencing random micro stutters after the update. The stutters happens randomly in game and causing it to be annoyingly unplayable.
