Describe the Feature Request

While the imputer and filter submodules of the preprocessing module are extremely significant and useful, others may be added. For example, a module that handles / warns users about probable geospatial outlier records in their data while also allowing them to utilise a handful of strategies to delete / soften / treat them.

Describe Preferred Solution

This definitely would inquire the building of a new submodule to preprocesing handling all geo-outliers removal techniques, from the literature, ML-powered ones, Let's innovate.
