Heteroskedastic regime interpretation

Create a set of figures where we interpret the internal VFCI SVAR-IV as a set of heteroskedastic regimes that depend upon the level of the VFCI.

Maybe also look at the auto-covariance of the internal VFCI, as this lends itself to the Daniel Lewis intepretation of identification through heteroskedasticity.
