Delete access requests from all staff

Please strip out all the internal test requests (eg. by Connor and Danica & perhaps other staff). You will have to look for names as requests may come from both institutional (staff) email addresses and also from their non-staff accounts like gmail, yahoo, hotmail.

to test... just look through the dashboard for end users for each study and see if you see any VEuPath staff
