Plugin: Separate FLAC/WAV files with cue + metadata

Issue: Some downloaded albums are saved as a single FLAC file with a .cue containing the song metadata information which requires the use of shnsplit, cuetools, flac, wavpack packages and multiple manual parameters to split.
Comments: Including shnsplit in Unmanic along with ffmpeg and the availability of a plugin that can reference a library and scan for FLAC files with a .cue file in the same directory and begin splitting the FLAC file into individual songs would just be awesome in making Unmanic a multi-media library optimizer tool.
