Path Ignore Plugin - Test Regex on Update

Not an urgent enhancement by any means, but it would be nice if the Path Ignore plugin would throw an error on settings change if there is an invalid regex line.

I just went down a rabbit hole trying to figure out why it kept rescanning one of the paths I told it to ignore, and it turns out I had forgotten to escape a parenthesis 😅

This would not be too difficult to do I think. But it may also be an unnecessary amount of work. Better to have people use only regex testers before pasting it into the settings.
