Logging.log.exception doesn't end up in log file, just prints to console.

For example if webserver port is in use, or in audio normalisation failing.

This seems to be when an error isn't handled or failed to be formatted correctly into logging, it hits the terminal instead. Need catchall everything else from the console into a file too.
