Co-founding noise analysis startup

Happy New Year everyone!

I'm posting here as I'm looking for a co-founder for my noise analysis startup.

I'm providing transparency regarding noise pollution anywhere in Europe and the US for people to find the right place to live or spend their vacation. In the future, I'd like to also work on of mitigation (i.e. what can you do if you're living at a noisy location) and eventually cover other environmental issues as well such as air pollution or flood risk.
Tech-wise, the frontend is built in Vue.js with Typescript, the API is a Python FastAPI backend with a ML-based traffic prediction component running on Google Cloud Run.
I'm currently working with a large German real estate platform to monetize the API and have further leads which may be interested in the API.

I'm looking for someone technical, entrepreneurial and friendly who also hates noise pollution ;) At the moment I'm doing most things myself, so I'd be glad about support: to take over some work, pair-program and think hard issues through together.
Ideally you should have 5+ hours per week to start with which you will gradually increase if things go well.
