Fuel Flow Problems with StarLifter 5m Adapters

There seems to be a fuel flow issue with the two 5m adapters (to four 2.5m and four 5m). In the VAB if you add the adapter and then four fuel tanks you can turn on the fuel flow on each tank and see that all tanks are part of the flow. If you save and reload the vessel only one tank will still remain connected to the other three. The other three will show that they are isolated. Here are some images before and after saving.
