ServerReg (https://iam-tools.u.washington.edu/server-reg/) is still using PostgreSQL v9.615 on iamdb21. We need to move this application's data to a new database server (provisionally, GCP Cloud SQL "iti-iam-prod:us-west1:iamtools") so we can get off old servers & postgres version.
