Clean up expired content on iamtools servers

From discussions in the Certificate Services team meeting, we would benefit from a clean up effort to square away and declutter the service. This Github issue is to track any non-code related changes that may need to be made, and can be linked to any code changes that end up happening.

Adding the content from a similar issue that is now collapsed into this one from Stevie:
Find or create a mailing list for fox's old alerts
Grep through the sirt servers (and our existing github repos) and find all instances of [email protected]
sed -i s/\[email protected]\b/[email protected]/g or whatever
