Description:
We need a basic design for the site which renders well on all devices and can display simple messages relating whether or not SBA offices are open and whether or not SBA systems are online.

Assumptions:

  • TBD

Acceptance Criteria:

  • Design for status.sba.gov created
  • Assets, specifications, sample code, are created
