Description:
Agency should be able to post office status alongside SBA status, e.g. “Late start at headquarters” or “offices closed today”

Assumptions:

  • Author person will have a GitHub account
  • Author person will have AWS access
  • Github code owners/protected files
  • depends on Support SBA office status #11

Acceptance Criteria:

  • Research if narrow authoring capabilities exist
  • If so then create Github team to create agency operating status
  • Template includes "late start" and "offices closed today"
