Description:
As the CIO, I want all my systems to display their status publicly, so that the world is clear how our systems are behaving, and what systems are online and available for use.

Assumptions:

  • These are already being handled:
    • Each system should display the current status as one of:
      • Available
      • Unavailable
  • For systems in a ‘Known Issue’ or ‘Unavailable’ state, a place for describing the problem should be provided
  • Color indicators should help communicate system state

Acceptance Criteria:

  • Component hierarchy is created to include:
    • SBA.gov
    • SBIR.gov
    • ETRAN
    • DLAP
    • etc.
