Improve command names

Currently the commands are named like this: Sort Lines (shuffle). This can be confusing especially when the command doesn't actually sort (like remove duplicate lines). We should change the command names to use a prefix instead as is best practice: "Sort Lines: Shuffle", "Sort Lines: Remove Duplicate Lines", etc.
