使用acme.sh通过standalone方式安装证书后续更新问题 #66

教程中使用acme.sh通过--standalone方式安装证书，后续更新依然需要使用80端口，如果使用nignx会占用80端口，这样会导致无法自动更新证书，是不是应该采用其它模式（如Webroot 模式）安装证书更好一点，这样可以完成自动更新操作，或者有什么更好的办法吗？

可以换dns的方式，具体方法自行参考文档
