add Block Untranslated Messages option

Didn't want to see spam from messages in the target language already, so added an option to block them.

it doesnt work. If turn on the block options, it'll still see the original, untranslated message in the chat. |
this doesn't block the original text, but it doesn't DOUBLE post text when the translation ends up exactly the same as the original text |
