DevLogger windows sometimes obscures buttons #12

The DevLogger Window doesn't behave well at different scales:

If it is too short you can lose the top panel behind the bottom panel:

If there are too many media images the selection checkbox can be behind the next image
If the images scroll bar is visible the Horizontal Scroll obscures the button to open the media folder
