Update examples for 2.0 API

The examples here are great and we've been using them for about a year like adding a server to a tag group(s) a boot

But in the new world order (API v2), this would be adding a server to system group(s).

Having updated examples would be great I guess is the bottom line...

Hi @bacoboy, were you able to come up with an updated example? I'm running into auth errors with the existing scripts and would greatly appreciate a point in the right direction.

Hi @byndjustin, I'm also running into auth issues when trying the example to update system name/associations. Were you able to figure out the problem?
