Working locally for first pass. Now focusing on yaml and HPLC data parsing.

HPLC data comes from Microbyre in a slighly parsed (text file) format. @tiffanydai focusing on parsing these files properly.

In the short term, we are going to publish v1.0 of the Microbyre plugin based on their csv files.

v1.0 of the Microbyre plugin is ready, being reviewed internally and asking permission from Microbyre to post it under this repo. We will continue working on extending the plugin for the other file types.

Microbyre authorized releasing v1.0 of this parser, which we have already released.
