There seems to be an issue with publishing FSML SDK deno code. Multiple deno modules based on the same github repo might not be well supported.

We already have a published module on the CLI subdirectory, so this might be preventing us from publishing another one.

Open issue waiting for them to respond: denoland/wanted_modules#66
