Develop test to validate ML algorithm accuracy

Description

After completing #9 + #10, we need to develop a comprehensive suite of tests that will evaluate the accuracy of the newly develop ML algorithm

Scenario

The test should assign a classification to a portion of the training data, evaluate the classification assigned by the ML algorithm to the label present in the training data and output a score.
