GPS module to capture location and timestamp data

Might be good feature(s) for later - adding a GPS module such as NEO-6M GPS would provide the following features:

• Capture GPS Location - can help to identify on a map view where the card data was obtained.
• Capture time (timestamp when a card was captured) - ESP32 has a RTC but it needs to get time from somewhere (like NTP server) and time will be lost when the mcu is powered off.
