Error running inspect command: list index out of range

When I run sync, I get a lot of "Skipping PlexGuid:local://15781 because provider 'local' has no external Id" messages. I've read the README and a few related posts on this discussion forum, which guided me to try the inspect command and fix matches... However, when I run the inspect command, I get an error about index out of range. I'm certain my media is named appropriately as I've followed Trash Guides. I'm pretty sure the plex agent is the latest/modern one.

Any guidance as to what's happening and/or how to improve things.

Turns out it was a mismatch afterall.
