Whether to include metadata should be configurable via the REST API.

With the new graph pattern matching algorithm, the meta KIs are no longer automatically included when processing a proactive KI. For a project we do need this and this project uses the REST API. Currently, it is not possible to configure the KI to include the meta KIs. So, this issue requests the addition of this feature to the REST API.
