Isolate vedtekter md text

For better cohesion, it would be preferable to have ALL the vedtekter in a single .md file.
This would allow for simple pdf exporting and a simpler and more readable overview of the actual vedtekter.

Important to note that this .md file will then be imported and automatically create the corresponding wiki page
