Other notes on how to reproduce the issue?

Here I have deployed "rhelpagtest10" (highlighted) already. Now if I restart the pulsar again after closing it, these exception is being thrown: HTTP503 unavailable.

Please restart it using ./pulsar-admin sources restart --name <source_name>
