Suggestion: Show delay when reserving a server from serveme.tf

Currently there's a noticeable delay when clicking on a server from the list of serveme servers available. It'd be nice if there was a timer on the screen that showed up after selecting a server, or some message saying that the website couldn't reserve that server (or whatever would be appropriate).

This is partly done, there's now a progress bar that shows up while the server is preparing, but I'll hold off on closing this until the whole process is cleaned up.
